Drink less wine using Hypnosis

Alcohol is part of our culture and history here in Ireland. It is associated with celebrating happy occasions and its associated with offering sympathy at wakes and funerals. There is a reason for this and its the fact that alcohol makes us feel comfortable and lowers our inhibitions. We like the extra buzz it gives us on a night out and we like the winding down of having a glass in the privacy of our own home.

However, while one or two of those small glasses of wine are in the main harmless, drinking habits can creep up. It could be that you have been using alcohol as a crutch to lean on, or as a way of dealing with too much stress or even as a way to get to sleep in the evening. Maybe you have just let a habit get out of control and without even being too aware of it you have upped your intake over the years.

When you start over drinking regularly, getting through three quarters or a whole bottle of wine every night , your ability to work is affected the next day. The sleep you are getting is not quality sleep. This can be a really gradual thing and in fact so gradual in the beginning that you hardly notice it. Alcohol can be quite an enticing habit to get into, its as if the wine blinds you to the truth of what it is really doing to you. A bit like a thief that steals from you with one hand and strokes your cheek lovingly with the other.

There is a simple and natural way to train your mind to know when you have had enough to drink. There are much better ways of relaxing than overloading and poisoning your Liver and Kidney with Alcohol. As i said there is very little wrong in a glass or two once or twice a week but if it is becoming or is a bottle every other night then you do not need me to tell you that it muddles your skin, your mind and your brain after a while. The Hypnosis session called ‘Drink Less Wine” is now available to book at Mullingar Hypnosis. It is just the one session and it is one hour long. It is becoming very popular with those who just want to rein in their drinking and keep on top of it. If you would like to book this Hypnosis session then please fill in the contact form below and we will get back to you shortly.
