Hello Liz, David in Summerhill here and thanks again for your help and so far so good. I deleted the audios you sent me by mistake and I was hoping I could get them back again as I found them very effective to listen to. I found myself tempted a little today whilst in the presence of a smoker. Thankfully I did not smoke and it reminded me to ask you to send the a audios again to me.

Elisabeth knew exactly how to get me stop smoking. She showed me how I was using smoking and cigarettes like a baby uses a teddy bear or a comfort blanket or even a soother. The illusion that I got some stress relief from smoking was also put to bed because of the way she showed me how the breathing you do when smoking is actually the calming part.

Glad that I decided to give Hypnosis a go for weight loss. It's not always about the food and in my case I realised it was more about why I felt the urge to overeat. Hypnosis helped me manage how I was feeling , especially the stress aspect. Thanks Elisabeth for helping me to lose 24 lbs wthout feeling I was on a diet.
