About my Practice

Hypnotherapy is the use of  hypnosis, along with the mind’s own natural abilities, to resolve issues, relieve emotional burdens and achieve personal goals. It is a safe, effective process and involves the client and therapist working together to bring about positive changes in how they think, feel and act.

My Journey

I set up my Hypnotherapy Clinic in Mullingar six years ago, helping hundreds of men and women to become free of Anxiety and Depression.
Having very personal experience of Anxiety in the past led me to train as a Hypnotherapist and because of my own experience of Anxiety I have a natural empathy and energy for supporting clients with these issue.

Why Come to Me?

Focus on Solutions

My aim is to resolve your issue in the shortest possible time, with no need for extended visits. Hypnosis cuts right to the core and root of the issue and it is for that reason that the therapy is brief and solution focused. The average amount of session of Hypnosis needed for Anxiety and Weight loss is just four, and for Quitting smoking is just one Hypnosis session usually.

Friendly Local Service

I am based on the outskirts of Mullingar, with great facilities and ample parking. The Clinic I work from is very private and set well away from the busier areas of Mullingar but also very easy to get to.

My training to become a fully qualified Hypnotherapist/ Psychotherapist was done at the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (ICHP) in Ireland. The headquarter of the school is in Tuckey Street, Cork. The training I received was in depth and and took two years to complete. I have a diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.

Affordable Prices

My approach is always with the aim of keeping your treatment cost effective, with the minimum number of sessions. Hypnotherapy is unique in that most issues can be resolved in as little as four weekly sessions. It is my intention always to resolve all issues within a four week time frame.
